 Chow mein :

 Chow mein is a chinese stir-fried noodles mixed with vegetables, meat. China is its place or origin. The dish is the main menus of chinese restaurants. It is popular in other countries also.

Ingredients :

400 grams noodles
6 tbsps of oil
2 inch pie ginger
8 to 10 cloves garlic
1 medium sized onion
1/4 small size cabbage
1 spring onions spring
3 to 4 green chillies
salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp green chilli sauce
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vinegar



Method of preparation :


1. Cook some noodles and keep it aside to cool down.

2. In a pan heat some oil, add garlic, ginger, sliced onions, sliced cabbage, onion greens and green chillies. Stir fry them continuously on high heat.

3. Add salt, red chili powder and black pepper and saute them.

4. Add soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and mix them well

5. Add the cooked noodles and Stir fry.

6. Garnish with spring greens and serve it immediately.
