Grilled Cheese Sandwich :
A grilled cheese sandwich is made up of varieties of cheese on bread. It is prepared by heating slices of cheese between bread with butter on frying pan or sandwich toaster, until it turns brown or the cheese starts to melt.
Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- 1 capsicum finely chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese grated
- ½ tsp pepper crushed
- 1 tsp chat masala
- pinch of salt
- ¼ cup green chutney
- 2 tsp butter
Method of preparation :
1. In a large mixing bowl combine chopped capsicum, onion, grate ¾ cup of cheddar cheese.
2. Additionally add ½ tsp pepper, 1 tsp chat masala and salt to taste. Combine well and keep aside. The stuffing is ready.
3. Spread green chutney over a bread slice. further, spread a tbsp of prepared stuffing.
4. Cover with a bread slice spreading green chutney on both sides. Again spread prepared stuffing. Cover again with bread slice spread with green chutney. And this will form 2 layer stuffing with 3 bread slices.
5. Now grill toast on frying pan by spreading butter.
6. At last, cut half and serve cheese sandwich garnished with more grated cheese.
Note :
1. You can use cheese any of your choice.
2. You can also use oil or ghee to toast on frying pan.
Cheese Sauce Pasta :
What is pasta ?
- Pasta is the Italian name given to starchy noodle.
- Generally made of grain flour, normally wheat, mixed into a paste or dough, sometimes with water or eggs, and fashioned or take sheets or different shapes.
- It's sometimes fried quickly by boiling or cooking.
Ingredients :
- 100 grams pasta
- 25 grams chilli flakes
- 2 capsicum
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli
- 2 tbsp pureed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp cheese sauce
Method of preparation :
1. In the pan heat water, add salt, pasta to it and let it boil.
2. In the same pan, heat some oil and add diced garlic and saute it.
3. Add chili flakes, mined capsicum to it and turn the flame to medium.
4. Now, add pureed tomatoes, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and let it cook.
5. Now, strain the cooked pasta add it to the cheese sauce and mix it.
6. Once cooked, add cream to it, and mix it.
7. Finally serve it hot.
Cheese Sauce :
- Cook flour and add salt and spices with butter to remove any floury flavor.
- Slowly add in some milk whisk constantly . Keep adding a little at a time until it smooths out.
- Whisk until it reaches a boil and let bubble for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add cheese.
- Whisk until smooth.

Chili chana :
Ingredients :
- 3 cups chana ( chick peas)
- salt to taste
- 1/4 black pepper
- 4 tsps corn flour
- 2 tbsps oil
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic
- 2 inch ginger
- 2 medium sized onion
- 2 tsps soy sauce
- 2 tsps vinegar
- 2 tsps chilli sauce
- 2 spring onion
Method of preparation :
1. Add overnight soaked chana (chick peas) to a pressure cooker.
2. Add enough water and cook for about three Whistles on medium
flame
3. Take the cooked chana in a bowl and sprinkle some salt and
pepper over it and mix it well.
4. Add 3 to 4 tsp of corn flour and toss until the chana's are
completely coated.
5. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chana's in the oil for about 2 to
3 minutes.
6. Once fried, remove the chana's from the pan.
7. Take another pan and add about 2 tbsp of oil.
8. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger, onions to the
pan and saute for 2 minutes.
9. Now, add 2 tsp of vinegar, 2 tsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of chili
sauce to the pan and mix well.
10. Add pepper and chilies to the pan and mix.
11. Add the fried chana's to the pan and mix well until the chana's
are properly coated.
12. Finally, add the spring onion greens and stir.
13. Transfer the contents of the pan into a bowl. Your spicy chili chana is ready to serve.
