Paneer Chilli :
Ingredients :

Soy Sauce

3-4 cloves

Green
Chillies

Ajinomoto

Method of preparation :
- Cut paneer into oval shaped medium sized pieces. Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan, roll the paneer pieces in one tablespoon cornstarch and fry on medium heat until the edges start to turn brown.
- After, remove it and drain onto an absorbent towel or tissue paper.
- Blend remaining cornstarch in a cup of water.
- Peel, wash onion and cut into thick slices. Peel and crush garlic. Wash, remove stem and slice green chillies. Wash, deseed and cut the capsicums into thick strips.
- Heat two tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add crushed garlic and stir briefly. Add onion, capsicums, sliced green chillies and continue to fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add fried paneer and stir in vegetable stock. Add salt, ajinomoto and mix well.
- Add blended cornstarch and cook on high heat stirring and tossing until the sauce thickens to coat paneer and the vegetables.
- Serve Hot for the delicious taste.
Note : You can also use soy sauce to make the paste for the better taste.
