Rose Falooda

Rose Falooda : 



Ingredients : 

Milk                    - 2 cup

Rose syrup 
(Flavor)          - 2 tbsps  

Sabja
(Basil seeds)   - 2 tbsps

Kaju
(Cashew nuts)     - 3  

Kishmish
(Raisins)             - 2 to 3

Anjeer
(Common fig)     - 

Sugar                  - 2 tbsp 

Kitkat
(optional)             - 

Method of preparation :

  • In a small bowl soak 2 tbsp of sabja (basil seeds) for half an hour in water.
  • Take 2 cup milk boil it and let it cool.
  • After it cools, transfers required milk in a glass add rose syrup and 2 tbsp sugar.
  • Add soaked sabja (basil seeds), kaju (cashew nuts), and kishmish (raisins).
  • Cut anjeer and put it on the top of the glass for garnishing.
  • Add 2 pieces of kitkat (optional) for garnishing.
  • Now the rose falooda is ready to serve.
