Homemade Cerelac for babies

Healthy recipe of cerelac for kids : 


Ingredients : 

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tbsp moong dal
  • 2 tbsp urad dal
  • 2 tbsp toor dal
  • 8 almonds

Method of preparation : 

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and wash well.
  2. Drain all the water.
  3. Again wash it and drain water fully.
  4. Dry it on a kitchen towel. You can sun dry also if you want.
  5. After it dry completely, roast all the ingredients in a low flame for 10 minutes.
  6. Let it cool fully.
  7. Grind it to a coarse powder.
  8. Remove big pieces of almonds, if any.
  9. You can store it for 3 weeks in room temperature. And 6 weeks in fridge.
