Healthy recipe of cerelac for kids :
Ingredients :
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tbsp moong dal
- 2 tbsp urad dal
- 2 tbsp toor dal
- 8 almonds
Method of preparation :
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and wash well.
- Drain all the water.
- Again wash it and drain water fully.
- Dry it on a kitchen towel. You can sun dry also if you want.
- After it dry completely, roast all the ingredients in a low flame for 10 minutes.
- Let it cool fully.
- Grind it to a coarse powder.
- Remove big pieces of almonds, if any.
- You can store it for 3 weeks in room temperature. And 6 weeks in fridge.
