Fried rice

Fried Rice :




Ingredients : 

Onion              - 1 

Green 
chillies            - 2 

Garlic             - 1 clove

Turmeric        - 1 tsp

Carrots            - 3

Oil                    - 2 tbsp

Salt                   - to taste

Rice            - Required

Roasted 
cashews         - 50g 


Method of preparation :

  • Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and salt to taste, and fry until softened . (for 5 minutes)
  • Add chilli, carrot and crushed garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  • Add all the spices with splash of water and fry for a couple of minute more. Stirring continuously.
  • Add rice , roasted cashews, mix to combine rice with all the ingredients and cook for more 5 minutes.
  • Spread coriander and spoonful of yogurt for garnishing and serve hot.
